We are currently hiring a skilled and dependable Sweeper Truck Operator to operate a mechanical sweeper truck, helping maintain clean and efficient construction and paving sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mechanical sweeper truck to prepare and clean roadways, lots, and construction zones
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain equipment logs
- Coordinate with paving, milling, and traffic control crews on active job sites
- Conduct basic maintenance and report any equipment issues
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required (Class 3 with air brake endorsement preferred)
- Experience operating mechanical sweepers (e.g., Schwarze, Tymco, Elgin) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with construction or asphalt job sites is a strong asset
- Flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Physically fit and comfortable with long driving hours and hands-on tasks
- Detail-oriented with a strong safety-first mindset
