This position involves frequent interaction with customers and leading team members in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Supervisor
Supervisory Duties Include:
- Ensuring that quality customer service standards are achieved
- Helping your team understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Training new team members
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback
- Use conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Planning, organizing and controlling daily operations
- Managing curb appeal of the site by delegating appropriate tasks
- Directing cars onto the tunnel wash conveyor
- Supervising customer/vehicle flows
- Providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of our products and services
- Month end duties such as stock control and inventory management
- Additional duties as assigned or required
Our Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 -2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Mature, confident team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment while acting as a team player
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office , Outlook and Excel
- Some ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
