Tim Hortons on Robie Street is seeking a day-time supervisor to join the team.
- day shifts, (6:00am - 7:00am start)
- full-time (40+ hours a week)

- performance bonuses available
- hourly wage starts at $16.00 per hour
- some food experience is a bonus
- leadership experience is also a bonus
- must be available some weekends

Main responsibilities include:
- Supervises and coordinates front counter staff to ensure operational standards are being met (hospitality, cleanliness, health and safety, speed of service and brand standards)
- Trains new staff on job duties, including operation, food safety, cleaning and health and safety standards
- Completes back of house cash procedures as needed
- Trains existing staff on new policies, procedures and products
- Ensures all records for waste, production, temperature logs are properly maintained
- Resolves customer complaints as needed
- Help with the schedule as needed and make adjustments throughout the day as needed
- Works the restaurant floor often and as needed, helping to prepare and serve food and beverages, bake whenever necessary and assist with any cleaning procedures
- Help recruit new team members
