Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that staff are working on business tasks, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
What we expect from potential applicants:
- 1+years of managerial experience in a fast paced environment (team lead, supervisor, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of restaurant steps of service
- Ability to serve tables when necessary
- Strong Knowledge of Alcohol - especially craft cider and beer
- Hold a Valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Eatery Manager and Lead Supervisor in the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure guest satisfaction including conflict resolution and problem solving skills to address customer issues effectively
- Ability to hire, train, motivate restaurant staff and ensuring high team productivity and morale
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment including taking corrective action in a timely manner
- Ability to successfully implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and overall sales
- Efficiently manage restaurant within guidelines and expectation set by management
Other Information:
- 2 Days off a week
- Thursday - Sunday Availability
- Long Weekend Mondays as Needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

- Uxbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
