MTN Village is a thoughtfully designed, mixed-use community just 10 minutes from downtown Squamish. Blending West Coast Contemporary architecture with nature, it features 107 townhomes, 79 condos, 80 rental homes, plus commercial and light-industrial spaces. This walkable, three-phase development is built for outdoor enthusiasts and community-minded residents alike. This role is site-based at our MTN Village project in Squamish, BC (1940 Forestry Rd, Squamish, BC V8B 0A8).

You will
- Assume overall responsibility for all on-site construction activities
- Maintain constant communications with senior management, consultants, inspectors and all applicable officials related to the ongoing construction of the project
- Ensure all work is performed by contractors and suppliers to contract documents (including drawings, specifications and contract scopes of work)
- Review all project plans, specifications, applicable documentation and report any omissions or discrepancies directly to the Construction Manager
- Review and maintain the construction schedule and ensure that all contractors and suppliers comply with the critical dates they are required to meet
- Take full responsibility to ensure that all Municipal inspections, professional inspections, occupancy permits and possession dates have been achieved to the satisfaction of the Construction Manager
- Assume direct responsibility to ensure the quality of construction, products and finishing are at the level acceptable to Anthem
- Enforce and monitor the Occupational Health & Safety Act and WorkSafeBC regulations to ensure a safe jobsite
- Understand thoroughly APG Construction Health and Safety Plan and execute its requirements
- Respond to emergencies on the site in the off hours
You have
- Minimum of 10+ years multi-family concrete and/or wood frame construction experience in a supervisory capacity
- Proven experience leading and directing all field personnel
- Excellent and respectful verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to get things done

Compensation
We are always looking for great people with a variety of experiences to join our team. The base salary range is $120,000 - $220,000 per annum, and will depend on an individual's experience and qualifications. With the site being located in Squamish, we are open to discussing flexible solutions and providing support to enhance accessibility for individuals who reside in the Lower Mainland.
