CarShine Luxury Detailing is currently seeking a Mobile Car Detailer to join our team. No detailing experience required - we will provide all the training necessary (attention to detail is a must). Hard-working university students are welcome to apply, we will work with your schedule, but you are required to be available at least 4-5 days of the week to join the team! We operate Mon-Sun 8am to 5pm.
Why Join Us?
- Earn a sustainable wage. At CarShine, our detailers earn $22.15-$27.15/hour on average. Our pay starts at $20/hour (base wage), plus tips, performance bonuses, and $0.20/km in mileage pay.
- No past detailing experience required. We provide all the training & support you need to be successful as a car detailer.
- Lunch on us! Complete 2 or more details in a day, and receive a lunch credit of $10. Now that's a sweet treat!
- All of our detailers are employees, not sub-contractors. This means you will be on payroll and covered by our general liability insurance and worker's compensation.
- Build your career, and learn a valuable trade. After building your detailing skills with CarShine for two years, you can expect to earn $25/hour or more.
- Work 10-44 hours/week. Our company operates 7-days a week, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Your schedule will depend on a combination of staff preferences and company needs. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid G2 or Full G license
- Clean driver’s abstract and clear criminal record (will be verified)
