Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Strategy Integration Lead will provide expert level leadership and operational guidance as Mosaic PCN grows and transitions to the new Regional Primary Health Care structure and beyond. This position will ensure alignment and synchronization of the organization's overarching goals and strategies with its day-to-day operations and tactics.
The Strategic Integration Lead requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on who works closely with internal and external stakeholders - driving alignment, standardization and collaboration. Staying updated on the provincial healthcare environment and aligning Mosaic operations with appropriate KPIs will lead to sustainable organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Alignment
- Support strategic business initiatives, working directly with Operational and Medical Directors, ensuring alignment within and across portfolios under the guidance of the Executive Director.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly operational targets and goals within and across portfolios, ensuring appropriate approvals and stage gates.
- Work with Directors one-on-one and as a leadership team to ensure their portfolio priorities align with organizational priorities in timing and sequencing, chairing the Directors Advisory Group (DAG).
- Advise and support leaders to pivot operational plans and priorities, facilitating real-time adjustments within the rapidly changing environment.
- Translate primary care changes at the provincial and local levels into operational transition plans both at the organizational and local program level.
- Alignment of activities and data collection with strategy and performance metrics/reporting to Alberta Health and the Board.
Process Leadership
- Develop operational processes to successfully navigate the transition of Mosaic operations into the new Regional Primary Health Care structure.
- Identify areas of misalignment or potential gaps in services and supports for operations throughout transition.
- Create documentation standards for programmatic and business operations, ensuring effective implementation within each portfolio in preparation for transition and beyond.
- Work with the evaluation team on an operational KPI audit and recommendations.
- Support the operational implementation of the new policy system and contracts processes and ensuring key stakeholders are involved.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree level with a preference in Business or Healthcare.
- At least 5 years' experience working in the healthcare industry or process leadership in a similar level role.
- Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams in alignment with business and strategy.
- Demonstrated comfort with operating in uncertainty and using emerging information to align the business.

Working Conditions
- Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
- Ability to travel on public transportation or valid drivers license with access to own car in good repair is required.
