Store Manager – Just Bite Me Meals

Just Bite Me Meals is a fast-growing, health-focused meal prep company committed to making healthy eating convenient and delicious. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead at our Edmonton location.
Position Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, cash handling, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, flexible availability, and a passion for teamwork and efficiency. The store manager will also assist with administrative duties including inventory, order printing and order preparedness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to ensure proper store coverage
- Step in to support the team during peak hours or when staff are unavailable
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure accurate cash handling and deposits
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards within the store
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving
- Communicate regularly with head office regarding store performance, staffing, and inventory needs
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or food service
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate schedules effectively
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to respond to last-minute staffing needs
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
