Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing strategies.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere by promoting open communication and collaboration among staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
- Proficiency in math for budgeting and cash handling tasks.
- Ability to sell effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Administrative skills necessary for managing schedules, payroll, and inventory records.
- Familiarity with inventory buying processes is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and team members.
