Summary
As a Store Manager at Crowfoot Wine & Spirits, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to provide outstanding customer experiences while managing store operations effectively. This position is essential in driving sales and maintaining our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and merchandising products effectively.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling and budgeting responsibilities.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and improve store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the wine and spirits industry.
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
- Experience with budgeting and cash handling processes.
- Ability to manage a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
