Begin your journey with us by completing your specific Store Leadership Training, then step into a leadership role at one of our inspiring furniture and home décor stores in South Surrey, Coquitlam, or Langley. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to foster a positive team environment and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also play an active role in training and coaching our sales associates to support their growth and performance.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
- Assist customers in making décor decisions that inspire them
- Lead and support daily store operations, including opening and closing routines.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best
- Support stock management and merchandising tasks to keep the store organized and inviting
- Help drive the store sales through strong leadership and operational excellence
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness
- Contribute to inventory control and help minimize shrink
What you Bring:
- At least 2 years of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience
- Experience with achieving sales targets
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel between stores)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
