Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

- Please note this is for evenings and weekends. (monday - saturday 12pm-830pm. sundays 10am-630pm)
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Process customers through the till using a POS system
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves as needed and ensuring products are displayed correctly.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability and location within the store.
- Clean and maintain the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment safely when moving large items or restocking heavy products (if applicable).
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or stocking/cash is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
