Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Framer with a solid background in construction. The role focuses on building structural frameworks—primarily using steel studs—and requires both precision and physical strength. The right candidate will be comfortable working with a range of materials and tools, and capable of contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements
- Frame and install structures using light gauge steel studs
- Use both hand tools and power tools to complete various framing and installation tasks
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
- Follow all safety procedures and industry standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in steel stud framing and general construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
- Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
