Position Summary:As a Sr. Strategic Reporting Analyst, you will support Sr. Finance Director, SRI, FP&A in the following key areas:
1) The development and execution of the finance wide reporting roadmap2) Managing the strategic reporting initiatives that implement data, systems, and back-office change management3) The utilization of Business Intelligence tools and systems supporting strategic SaaS metrics and financial reporting, and4) Leading data analytics and modelling that supports Pricing & Packaging strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze date to solve complex business problems from various sources to provide direction on business and system process improvements, areas of risk
- Leverage your analytical, data mining, data modeling and data management skills, responsible for creating data models, performing data governance, data automations, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions and reveal trends and challenges.
- Consult with key stakeholders to understand their requirements to build reports, dashboards, models, provide insights and define metrics
- Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data quality and accuracy
Qualifications & Skills:
- Robust business acumen(preferred FP&A) Performance KPIs, ability to partners with business to drive initiatives
- Extreme attention to detail to ensure precise data and vigilant analysis and, therefore accurate conclusions
- Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years experience and expert knowledge in data warehouse architecture, integrating and relating data. data analysis, data modeling and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, SSRS)
- 5+ years’ experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Matplotlib, RGL)
- 5+ years’ experience with SQL, DAX, .Net, C#, or JavaScript, Python
