About Us:
At Bond, we craft innovative solutions with the aim of forging stronger brand loyalty and building sustainable growth for our clients. Our diverse and dynamic approach takes us in thrilling directions, and as a Sr. Project Manager (non-technical), you will have your hands on the wheel as we drive the future of automotive customer engagement.
You will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will bring a strategic mindset and hands-on project management expertise to ensure outstanding work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget - while continuously seeking ways to innovate, enhance project outcomes, and strengthen client relationships.
Please note: This is a non-technical Sr. Project Manager role, but the individual must have some technical aptitude to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and navigate project complexities.
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will:
- Experience managing large-scale, global projects, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Create, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project management plans—including launch, communication, quality, risk management, and change management plans—to ensure project structure and integrity throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., strategists, instructional designers, creatives, analytics, communications, and technology specialists) to execute deliverables aligned to scope, quality standards, and schedule
- Develop deep understanding of client business, industry, competitors, and brand goals to serve as a strategic partner and advocate within Bond
- Structure and manage detailed project schedules, critical paths, and work-back plans to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
- Monitor and control all financial aspects of the project, including budget tracking, forecasting, estimating activity durations, developing statements of work, and managing change notices
- Lead weekly project updates and ongoing communication with clients, managing ad hoc requests and ensuring transparency on project health, risks, and mitigation plans
- Establish effective internal and external communication cadences, providing timely documentation of project progress, milestone achievements, and issue resolution strategies
- Maintain and optimize existing project processes and documentation, ensuring quality assurance across a diverse range of deliverables, from strategy and creative to content and analytics
- Support pipeline forecasting and contribute to account growth reporting activities, identifying opportunities for added value and continuous improvement
Your background:
- You bring proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects on a global scale in fast-paced, client-facing environments—ideally within an agency setting
- Experience within the automotive industry is considered ideal, as we help drive the future of automotive customer engagement and deliver meaningful, data-driven solutions for our clients
- A PMP certification is a nice bonus, showing your alignment with industry standards and best practices, but it’s not required
- Adept at managing cross-functional, matrixed teams, you apply both traditional and agile project management methodologies to drive results, using tools such as Gantt charts, resource schedules, Microsoft Project, and Dynamics
- You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic messages and collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at prioritization, decision-making, and solving problems under pressure, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills, paired with hands-on proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), support your ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in dynamic environments
- Flexibility to travel or work outside standard hours as needed rounds out your commitment to project success
