Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handling online sales and delivery
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base
- Technical sales experience is beneficial for selling specialized products
