A Day in the Life:
Who We're Looking for:
- Marketing: Supports the development and implementation of marketing plans for assigned models in support of sales, profit, and brand objectives.
- In Market performance: Creates and updates periodic and ad hoc reports, pulling and merging information from a wide variety of sources for analysis and presentation by others. Supports assigned portfolio KPI scorecard and regional performance. Conducts monthly performance analysis by car line and competitive set by utilizing various data sources available
- Product communication: Responsible for extracting information from Product Information Guide (PIG) to develop necessary sales literature. Incumbent is responsible for product content correctness sourced from PIG by follow-up with NCI Product Planning. Planning and execution of color chip chart. Responsible for coordinating French adaptation of VPOG/ material. Responsible for communication and release of VPOG information to dealers and internal stakeholders as per wholesale deadlines.
- Pricing/Vehicle Ordering: Incumbent populates and maintains key in-house data systems with vehicle specifications, essential to successful ordering, wholesale, presentation, and retail of vehicles. Systems include Tokyo Model Master and Vehicle Price Sticker System. Responsible for creation and approval for publishing vehicle price lists used for internal and external vehicle ordering. Responsible for set up of WISP, DIF and freight and PDE tables and for verifying that each price point is consistent with the master forecast.
- 5Support CMM Manager in key presentations or activities by key model line for team
Required:
- College or university degree in Marketing and/or Strategic Planning.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to quality and detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Effective presentation and writing skills for creating VPOG materials, marketing decks, and research/competitive summaries.
- Ability to take responsibility for deliverables and outcomes related to the position.
Desired:
