We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored for each platform to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze social media performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
