Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Broker to facilitate the sale of a reputable laser hair removal business located in the Greater Toronto Area. This opportunity includes the sale of:
- Alma Soprano ICE Laser Hair Removal Machine: Purchased in 2020 for $80,000-$100,000, equipped with a recently replaced handpiece and well-maintained.
- Client Database: A loyal and active client list of 300–400 individuals.
- Business Assets: Including branding, website, booking system, social media accounts, marketing materials, and training resources.
The asking price ranges between $50,000–$120,000, depending on the final deal structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to market and sell the business.
- Identify and engage potential buyers interested in the laser hair removal industry.
- Manage negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
- Coordinate the due diligence process and assist with necessary documentation.
- Ensure a smooth transition of ownership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business brokerage, particularly in small business sales.
- Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or medical equipment sectors is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. The broker will earn 10% of the final sale price, equating to $5,000–$10,000+, contingent upon the successful completion of the sale and receipt of funds.

The broker will earn 10% of the final sale price (estimated between $5,000–$10,000+) upon the successful completion of the sale and full disbursement of funds to the seller.
The broker will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the buyer is verified and financially qualified
- Overseeing the negotiation process
- Coordinating with legal, escrow, or other parties to facilitate a clean transfer
- Confirming that all funds have been securely disbursed before commission is released
