About the Role:
This role will be instrumental in designing, building and helping a multi-site hospital leverage skills and certifications in their scheduling, callout and shift award processes, utilizing UKG and Workday. This is a new function for this health system, that requires your experience designing, building and launching this type of work. You should have extensive experience working with unions and building collective agreement compliant processes and programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build and launch skills and certifications processes and workflows.
- Lead the data gathering and vetting process for S&C at a multi-site hospital.
- Enter and validate staff credentials and certifications in Workday.
- Enter and validate staff skills in UKG and Workday.
- Partner with HR and scheduling teams to maintain record keeping processes.
- Set processes to monitor expirations and ensure compliance reporting.
- Support process development for audits and workforce readiness.
What You Bring:
- Experience working with UKG and Workday preferred.
- Process re-engineering and design experience.
- Data gathering and vetting experience.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset.
- Healthcare HR background.
- Experience designing, building and launching S&C programs in hospitals.
