Job Details:
- Start Time: As early as 2:00 AM (weather-dependent)
- Shifts: Long hours, sometimes extended during heavy snowfall
- Environment: Harsh weather, freezing temps, icy surfaces
- Location: Various residential and commercial properties
We’re Looking For:
- Individuals who can work flexible hours, sometimes on short notice
- Experience in snow removal or equipment operation (a plus, but not required)
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license (required for equipment operators)
Roles Available:
- Snow Shovelers / Sidewalk Crews
Compensation:
- Set Salary: A flat seasonal or monthly salary will be offered based on experience and availability.
- Extra Pay: Any work beyond the agreed-upon salary coverage (e.g., additional storms or hours) will be paid hourly at a pre-agreed rate discussed before hire.
- Overtime opportunities
- Paid bi-weekly

The right candidate can be moved into another position after probation period :
-Managing sidewalk crew and driving truck from site to site
-Operating a Skid Steer or Compact Wheel Loader
-Operating a Plow Truck
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- On call
