We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and maintenance services.
Duties
- Perform basic construction maintenance and repair work.
- Operating hand and power tools and heavy machinery depending on the specific job.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials to designated work places.
- Adhering to established safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Supporting skilled tradespersons like carpenters, plumbers and electricians in their work.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Being able to adapt to different tasks and work environments as duties can vary greatly.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ensuring accuracy and proficiency in work.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise.
- The ability to work effectively and part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Valid Certificate of Conduct.
