Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Siteman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing site operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This position is essential for maintaining the quality and safety standards of our projects while fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Duties

• To be part of daily site operations , handyman preferred, duties include debris moving
• Job is physical demanding
• Coordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Assist in training new employees on site procedures and best practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, physical skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols within the construction industry is a plus.
