Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing technical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that equipment operates efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This position will be responsible for the Manufactureand assembly of various signs, including LED digital boards, channel letters, billboards, light boxes, etc.
Responsibilities
- Change and adjust machine attachments as needed
- Clean the work area to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Inspect manufactured items for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Load, feed, or place materials into machines for processing
- Operate machines to produce parts and products
- Use hand tools to sand, trim, grind, or clean products into their final form
- Assemble parts and components by screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, or welding to form final products
- Cut, shape, and fit materials to create necessary parts and components
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in CoreDRAW software
- Basic computer operation skills
- Understanding of signage materials and production processes; prior experience preferred
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure precise specifications
- Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as required for the role.
