Job Title: Exterior Finisher (Siding, Hardie, Carpentry, Vinyl, Stucco, and Deck Installer)
We are looking for a skilled Exterior Finisher to join our team. This role involves installing and finishing a variety of exterior materials, including James Hardie fiber cement, vinyl siding, stucco, and vinyl decking, along with performing carpentry work for stairs, windows, and other structural elements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and committed to delivering high-quality, long-lasting finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and finish siding, stucco, and vinyl decking systems according to industry standards.
- Perform carpentry work including framing and installing stairs, windows, and deck structures.
- Manage job site preparation, material handling, and tool maintenance for efficient operations.
- Ensure all work is completed to meet local building codes and client specifications, while maintaining a focus on safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Exterior Finisher with expertise in siding installation, stucco, decking, and carpentry.
- Proficient with tools and equipment required for exterior installations and carpentry work.
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong carpentry skills, with the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- James Hardie Installer Certification or similar training.
- OSHA or other safety certifications.
- Experience with vinyl deck installation and stucco application.
Work Environment:
- This is an outdoor, physically demanding position, typically in residential and commercial settings.
- Travel to various job sites will be required, with the potential for extended work hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75-$31.25 per hour
