Ecommerce & Logistics Assistant
Location: North York, ON
Pay: $22.00–$30.00/hour
Schedule: 3 days per week (in-person only)
Company: M&M Company Limited, an ecommerce furniture company selling through Shopify and Amazon under the brand Get Set Style.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Part-Time Shopify & Logistics Assistant with the potential for full-time employment to support day-to-day operations. You’ll process orders, coordinate shipping, communicate with customers, and assist with basic bookkeeping. This is an in-person role, 3 days per week, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill and manage online orders (Shopify, Amazon)
- Coordinate shipping and track deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
- Handle admin duties like filing, data entry, and scheduling
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon
- Experience with SEO an CRO
- Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must work in person, 3 days/week, at our North York location
