Royal Rigging is a fast-growing rigging supply and service company based in the Lower Mainland. We specialize in high-performance gear like chains, wire rope, slings, shackles, and engineered lifting solutions. Our team is made up of people who work hard, take pride in getting it right, and genuinely care about the customers we serve — from crane operators to construction crews.
We’re growing our shop team and looking for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to learn the ropes (literally).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspecting gear including chain slings, wire rope, shackles, and tie-down/securement equipment
- Building new chain slings, wire rope slings, and custom assemblies
- Using power tools such as grinders, cutters, and presses safely and accurately
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shop
- Assisting with incoming/outgoing orders, tagging, testing, and inventory
- Working closely with the rest of the shop and field teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a shop environment
- Able to safely operate hand and power tools (experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail — especially when inspecting gear
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn new skills and grow with us
- Experience in rigging, mechanical work, or fabrication is an asset, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday to Friday | 8:00AM – 4:30PM
- Occasional overtime and weekend work available
