About the Role
We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly—handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
This role requires a valid driver’s license, as you will occasionally make deliveries to local customers using a company vehicle.

What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders for outgoing deliveries
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock
- Serve customers at the counter with professionalism and product knowledge
- Use computer systems to track inventory and manage orders
- Make periodic deliveries to local customers using a company vehicle
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth flow of products and information
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable using computers and inventory software
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Physically able to lift boxes and move materials as needed
- Prior warehouse or welding industry experience is a bonus—but not required
