Eclipse Stores Inc. is a growing women’s clothing retailer with 80+ stores across Canada. We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our team in the Northgate Shopping Centre.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer experience.
- Drive team energy to hit and exceed goals.
- Support and train sales associates.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash.
- Receive merchandise shipments.
- Maintain inventory and visual standards.
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of retail experience.
- Great leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
