Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot issues effectively, and ensure that all HVAC systems operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Roles and responsibilities would be to lead and manage an onsite team.
- A/C and Gas tickets would be assets
- Experience in commercial and large-scale residential builds is mandatory
- Ensure scope of work is being completed on time and to code
- Ensure companies safety plan is executed by you and your team
- Blueprint reading required
- Sheet metal experience required
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum in a leadership role
- 2 years or more experience with sheet metal
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Familiarity with large scale multifamily buildings
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
