ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeping the service lane (or lanes) of incoming traffic flowing forward so that customers are spared a long wait time to have their vehicle processed.
- Valets are responsible for providing alignment, tire and battery inspections in the service drive utilizing the Hunter Quick Check systems.
- The process is repeated until all cars are parked, utilizing as much lane space as possible, meanwhile keeping the lanes moving.
- Valet can be part of the process of providing shuttle service for customers.
- Valet will retrieve vehicles for customers when ready for pick up
- Included other related duties
- Valet position is here to provide a higher level of service to our customers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Effective customer service skills; and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Organized with attention to detail
- Must have a Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
- Must have a Drivers Abstract in good standing
