The Wood Automotive Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join the Woodridge Ford Lincoln dealership!
About the role:
The ideal candidate is a highly driven leader with total dedication to customer satisfaction, coupled with the experience to create, achieve and maintain team synergy with a proven track record of engaging and motivating Service teams and exceeding customer expectations and targets. The Service Manager position requires a thorough and complete understanding of retail service including a strong automotive background. Management and Leadership experience is required.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the Service Department. This includes overseeing staff and ensuring staff levels are adequate; ensuring service and related functions are carried out in a timely, cost effective manner and that customer/staff relations are enhanced. In addition, the Service Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and training of all the administration support functions related to the Service Department, submitting payroll, and review of all incoming information, taking appropriate action as required.
Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of experience in automotive service management
- PBS Systems experience is an asset.
