Here’s what your days will look like as a Service Manager:
Development and management of relationships and Service Team:- Communication with existing customers and grow new business - Manage the office and field staff- Review and update the production schedule and any safety audits- Work closely with the Superintendents on workload, sales, and schedule
Completion and/or review of the following for new roofs or roof repairs:- Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades- Roof Reports which may include photos and quotes- Manage workflow of invoicing and Accounts Receivable- Utilize our custom app to monitor workflow and process- Oversee financials and budgets- Work with team on decisions of when to add staff, trucks, and equipment
Here’s what you bring to the table:- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a supervisory or management role construction/sales/facility management environment- Knowledge of the Roofing industry and construction techniques is an asset- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business- Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
