Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Manager to lead our automotive service department. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of leadership, mechanical know-how, and customer service excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting a team of technicians, and ensuring every customer receives top-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations in the service department
- Communicating with customers and scheduling work
- Writing estimates and invoices
- Leading and supporting our team of techs
- Schedule jobs for techs
- Working closely with parts and admin staff
- Ensure parts are billed correctly
Qualifications
- Experience in a shop or service management role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good understanding of diesel trucks and repairs
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling busy days
- Experience with Shop Monkey and QuickBooks is an asset (but not required)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.

Pay: $40,221.12-$103,579.09 per year
