Sentinel DEC Systems is currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator/Scheduler to work from our Vaughan office.
We inspect, test and maintain all types of fire protection equipment including: fire extinguishers, fire sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems installed in both commercial, industrial, residential & highrise.
Sentinel is looking for a qualified and experienced individual who will develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients.
This position will include daily service coordination for various service technicians (fire, sprinkler & security), answering telephones & service calls, maintaining appointment calendars, customer appointment reminders, work order review/close out, and other general office duties.

- Fire Industry knowledge required.
- Fire Industry scheduling experience required.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Must have basic administrative knowledge such letter composition and excellent telephone etiquette
- In person work only
- Scheduling service, deficiency repairs, quotes, and other tasks as required.
Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
