Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they sit down to the time they leave.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns
- Clear tables, restock supplies, and assist in maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Uphold the restaurant’s image and quality service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling orders and managing transactions effectively.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
