Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficient in serving techniques and food preparation methods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Barista experience is a plus for establishments that serve coffee or specialty drinks.
- Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
