Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced server to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Train, mentor, and lead team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for improvement.
- Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
