Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a blend of hospitality skills, culinary knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 2 years experienced required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures, including basic math for transactions.
- Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards throughout service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations is a plus.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
