Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food preparation and handling. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring proper sanitation practices.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments through the cashiering system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial for processing payments accurately.
