Position Overview
We are currently seeking a polished, attentive, and service-driven Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering refined, personalized service. As a Windsor Club server, you will play a key role in upholding the exceptional standards our members expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to members and their guests upon arrival.
- Offer detailed menu guidance, including thoughtful wine, spirit, and food pairing recommendations.
- Accurately take and input orders using our POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and beverages with precision, grace, and an emphasis on presentation.
- Anticipate member needs, ensuring every touchpoint reflects care, discretion, and attentiveness.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas throughout service.
- Handle transactions when necessary with accuracy and discretion.
- Support special events, private dinners, and club functions as needed.
- Uphold all food safety and handling standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
- Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and culinary terminology is an asset.
- Ability to remain composed, polished, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; club or hotel experience is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
