Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food, beverages and specials.
- using a POS system to accurately enter orders
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately through cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Must have your smart Serve
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
