Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with prior experience to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Experience
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH!
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables at once.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service with an emphasis on hospitality.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food handling is beneficial.
