St. Louis Bar and Grill is looking for skilled servers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for the hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Greet and interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
- Verify customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Follow all food safety regulations and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in serving roles (2+ years)
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills and helpful attitude
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling
- Time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (Smart Serve or equivalent preferred)

- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Schedule: Must be available for late evening shifts and weekends (including some holidays)
