Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Assist with side duties (polishing cutlery, folding napkins, stocking service stations).
- Uphold high standards of customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members.
