Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Our Bus Fleet Maintenance office is seeking a Senior Program Advisor who under the direction of the Manager, BFM Programs will coordinates BFM Employee Engagement strategy, implement the Attendance Support Program (ASP) in BFM, which includes the disability management process. Liaise with BFM leaders to ensure accurate coding, and provides statistics and reports regarding status, progress, details on goals and key performance indicators. Collaborate and partner with BFM senior leadership and MX stakeholders on BFM employee engagement, communication, performance and workforce management, develop and administer its respective programs and initiatives.
