The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Team, with a dedicated focus on Sales and Marketing Analytics. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions that shape how we attract, engage, and retain customers.
As an individual contributor within our Data Team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that accelerate growth and optimize performance. You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and uncover opportunities that directly influence pipeline generation, campaign ROI, customer conversion, and market expansion strategies.
Who You Are
You're a curious, commercially-minded analyst with a knack for translating raw data into business impact. You have the technical chops with strong SQL, data modeling, and visualization expertise, but what sets you apart is your ability to understand go-to-market strategy and ask the right questions to uncover what really drives revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
You thrive in cross-functional environments where Marketing, Sales, and RevOps converge. You know that storytelling matters as much as technical accuracy, and you’re comfortable translating complex trends into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders who need to make fast, strategic decisions.
You’re laser-focused on what moves the needle, whether that’s uncovering friction in the sales funnel, measuring campaign ROI, or helping the GTM team fine-tune their targeting strategy.
You're also:
- A strategic partner who sees data as a business asset, not just a technical function.
- Proactive and self-directed, with a bias toward action and continuous learning.
- Able to balance speed and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborator at heart who values strong relationships and shared success.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate evolving priorities with grace and focus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track GTM performance metrics (e.g., funnel conversion, CAC, retention, LTV).
- Provide strategic insights on marketing campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and lead quality.
- Analyze sales pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep performance trends to drive revenue predictability.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design experiments and evaluate A/B test results across GTM initiatives.
- Support segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping, and attribution modeling.
- Conduct pricing impact analyses - including price elasticity exercises to help inform pricing implementations
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure high data quality and trust in reporting.
- Design and build dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various systems.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise insights tailored to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, marketing, or revenue analytics, with a proven track record of influencing go-to-market strategy through data.
- Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets.
- Proficiency in at least one leading BI or visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Superset), with a strong eye for design and usability.
- Familiarity with common GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to distill insights for sales leaders, marketers, and executive teams, and make recommendations with confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to connect metrics to real business outcomes like revenue growth, campaign effectiveness, and customer retention.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities shift and decisions need to be made quickly.
- SaaS experience is required.
Bonus
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
