JOB DUTIES:
+ Monitoring video surveillance;
+ Front desk duties & access control.
+ Performing property patrols.
+ Parking enforcement.
+ Parcels management.
+ Maintaining logs & reporting incidents.
+ Dealing with residents.
+ Dealing with Property Manager.
+ Leading Security Team.
+ Dealing with Contractors.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Valid Ontario Security License.
+ First Aid & CPR.
+ G License
+ Residential Condominium security experience.
+ Onsite training will be provided (unpaid).

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 7am-3pm.
Candidate should be flexible for weekdays and weekend shifts.

4-year security experience.
