Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Security Guard Supervisor / Mobile Patrol Officer to join our growing team across the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will lead mobile patrol operations, supervise on-site guards, and ensure compliance with safety protocols across multiple locations as well as seeking new contracts for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mobile patrols and site inspections across Brampton, Toronto, and Richmond Hill and at times other locations
- Supervise and support on-duty security personnel and provide training when needed
- Respond promptly to incidents and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
- Ensure uniform and post order compliance
- Travel between sites as required (mileage reimbursed for personal vehicle use)
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Full G-Class Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of security experience (supervisory preferred)
- Strong communication and incident management skills
- Willingness to travel across GTA
- Access to a reliable vehicle in case company vehicle is unavailable

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
