Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring that all security protocols are followed diligently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security measures are in place.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for future reference.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or assist in investigations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Skills
- Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, including the use of CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and best practices.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration with team members.
